Child safety

SAY Health is committed to keeping children safe. Every child has the right to feel safe, respected and listened to, and we take that seriously.

Our commitment

  • We put children's safety and wellbeing first in everything we do.
  • We listen to children and take what they say, and how they show us how they feel, seriously.
  • We respect each child's culture, identity, abilities and background, and work to be culturally safe, including for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.
  • We involve parents and carers, and explain what we are doing and why.
  • We do not tolerate abuse, neglect or harm of any kind.
